We have more than 50 QC staff stationed in the plant to analyze and monitor every procedure; and specific inspection records are monthly charted.

   
  IQC:  inspect all incoming materials and accessories.
  QC: inspect the sewing area on lines, ensure the items are eligible for further productions.
  IPQC: inspection of the semi-finished goods.
 

QA: inspection of finished goods.
Rejected pieces are 100% re-inspected by inspector after repair, or the rejected pieces are discarded
