The Plant is at approx.14,000 square meters, equipped with more than 400 machinery and 2 production lines with 500 full-time skilled workers to maintain general production capacity, which always allows us in great flexibility for production planning.
Yet, extra labor force and alternate shifts will be arranged to facilitate the workloads during peak season.

Besides Sewing Machines, High Frequency Machines production is still being maintained; and with our own silk screen printing, customers can introduce any designs on their new products.

As a major "buyer", we spend at least US$5,000,000 a year for materials
input, mainly on Polyester. Apart from the fabrics, we also purchase
large amounts of accessories such as buckles, zippers and webbing. And
to fulfill the prevailing European Green Directives, the relevant
materials is being categorized and partitioned.
